With excellent performance of lubrication, water-solubility and oxidation resistance, non-alkaline. It can make the vulcanized rubber hose easily stripping. 2. The product dose not contain silicone. You can clean the residue with water easily. And it can keep the glossy feature of rubber products. 3. With good effect of high-temperature resistance, the resistance to temperature can reach to 240°C 4. No causing silicone residue to pollute the rubber products. 5. Non-alkaline materials, it will not cause harm and reaction to rubber and mold. 4. Usage: The product is applicable to the fixing shape of various complex-shaped rubber hose, vulcanizing of rubber plant and pulling pipes, etc. 5. Recommended Using Method: 1. Before vulcanizing, daubing the release agent on the mold, or placing rubber products sticky with release agent in the mold,steel core, and then for vulcanization. 2. It can be used directly, and also be used after dilution (the ratio of dilution can not be too high. And after dilution, it may lead to the formation of foams in rubber products because of the water vapour can not get out, so please take care of that ) 3. You can daub the product on surface of steel core before vulcanization or dip the unvulcanized rubber hose in the product. You can also daub the release agent on mold, or placing rubber products sticky with release agent on the mold, and then for vulcanization. 4. When working, the operators should wear rubber gloves and avoid contacting with skin for a long time. Besides, do not contact with eyes. 6. Packing and storage: 1. Packing in 200kg/drum, 25kg/drum, 1000L/drum. 2. Storage temperature: ≥-5°C. Shelf life is one year. When storing it in low temperature, if solidification appears, please heat it. After melting, stir it evenly, that will not affect its performance. 7. Attentions: The product is non-toxic, non-combustible. But we can not guarantee that every one can adapt it..
